I’m assuming everyone knows this, but amazingly I occasionally blow people’s minds when I inform them of the following:
Mikey (Sean Astin) and Brand (Josh Brolin) from The Goonies (1985) look like this now and have been gracing our screens for years.
You’d recognise Sean Astin from films such as 50 First Dates, the Lord of the Rings trilogy and more recently, Stranger Things (season 2).
Josh Brolin has had (some might say) a much more successful career, appearing in films like No Country for Old Men, Gangster Squad, Deadpool 2, Everest, Men in Black 3 and of course, Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame playing Thanos.
Anyway, I just thought I’d share in case there’s anyone out there that was unaware 👍🏻
