How wrong they were!
It’s funny how critical we can be about the castings of certain characters. I hated that Ben Affleck had been cast as the Dark Knight in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016), but in hindsight he was the best thing about those Snyderverse films. I still wish he’d got his own Batman movie.
On the flip side I had a feeling Robert Pattinson was going to be good from the start and thankfully I wasn’t disappointed. Sadly there are still a lot of Twilight haters out there who refuse to give his movie a chance. Believe me, I’m not a fan of Twilight but he did good as Bats!
We could argue about who was good and who was bad all day long, but in the end the truth is the truth, and that truth is: Michael Keaton IS Batman!
