If you saw my Alien vs Aliens post last week you’ll know that I launched a new feature called Superior Sequels.
Over the coming weeks we’ll be looking at a sequel that’s often considered to be better than the original and discussing whether we think it is in the comments.
It’s also up to you to suggest the ones you’d like me to feature.
This week is possibly the ultimate example:
The Terminator (1984) vs Terminator 2: Judgement Day (1991).
Again, these two films are pretty different.
One is a gritty sci-fi/horror made on a tiny budget of around $6.4 million, while the other is a big budget ($94-$102 million) polished sci-fi/action extravaganza!
Is it even fair to compare them?
