You might remember my post a little while back about how the movie, Passengers (2016) paid homage to The Shining (1980) during the bar scenes.
Well it seems that long before that film was even an idea, Disney/Pixar were throwing little “Shining” Easter eggs into their movies!

This isn’t even the only time they’ve done it. There are nods to Stanley Kubrick’s classic adaptation of Stephen King’s novel in several of their animated movies but this is by far the most obvious.
