Before Jim Carey’s massive breakthrough and subsequent run of hit comedies in the 90s, he was in a little known vampire movie called Once Bitten (1985).
As a result he was briefly considered to play David in The Lost Boys, a role that eventually went to a 20 year old Kiefer Sutherland.
I love Jim Carrey but I can’t imagine him or anyone else than Sutherland in that role now. It’s my second favourite vampire movie after Fright Night (1985). 🧛🏻
