Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 (2011)
I actually feel sad that it’s all over.
I’ve never dismissed the films as being no good but I have always said that “they don’t really appeal”. It just goes to show that giving something a go despite having reservations can lead to a really enjoyable experience.
I couldn’t have guessed how it was going to end but it was all very emotional. I had a few ideas about this and that, but in the end only a couple of my theories were right and for the most part it was all a surprise.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed binge watching these movies and if like me you’ve never watched them, I strongly suggest you do. The world J.K. Rowling has created is so immersive that you can’t help but get caught up in the magic of it all.
After so many of you have suggested I read the books I’m thinking of getting the first one and seeing how I get on with it (I struggle to find time to read but I’ll give it a go).
I also definitely plan on visiting the studio tour in London as soon as A) I can afford it and B) Things return to some version of normality.
So that’s it. No more Harry Potter posts from me...for now at least...🧙♂️
