I watched Disturbia (2007) last night. I haven’t seen it for a while but it happened to be on tv and I knew it was a good watch.
For anyone who hasn’t seen it, it’s a psychological thriller starring Shia LaBeouf (Transformers), Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix) and David Morse (The Green Mile) among others.
This is what it’s about...
After being sentenced to house arrest for assaulting his school teacher, a bored teenager (LaBeouf) becomes convinced that his neighbour (Morse) is a serial killer.
I’d describe this film as a “non vampire version of Fright Night (1985)” but it’s actually partially inspired by Alfred Hitchcock’s Rear Window (1954).
It’s definitely worth a watch if you haven’t seen it and the soundtrack’s pretty good too. 👌
