I’m not sure about this...🤔
I partly agree with a lot of them (Adam Sandler in particular) but there are a few exceptions in there, such as:
Hugh Grant: Plays a totally different character in The Gentlemen (2019).
Will Ferrell: Buddy the Elf and Ron Burgundy couldn’t be more different.
Vince Vaughn: If you’ve seen Brawl in Cell Block 99 (2017) you’ll know what I mean.
At the end of the day I guess some actors know what works for them (and more importantly, what people expect) and just think “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.
