Do We Really Need Another Matrix Movie?

I’m sure most people are aware by now that a fourth Matrix film is currently in the works.

Keane Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss have signed on to reprise their roles of Neo and Trinity respectively but not a lot is known about the story at this time.

There’s more information about the casting and filming schedule in the article below but my question is this:

Do we need another Matrix movie?

Many of you know how I feel about film franchises being bled dry and actually, I don’t think The Matrix should’ve ever gone any further than the first film, but that’s just me. 🤷‍♂️

Also, I only recently discovered that the writers and directors of the original trilogy, the Wachowski brothers are now in fact the Wachowski sisters...😳

Am I the last to find this out or what?! 🤯
