Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland Re-enact Iconic Spider-Man Meme

You’ve no doubt all seen that really popular meme where three Spider-Men are stood pointing at each other.

It became particularly popular last year when rumours emerged that all three Spider-Man actors, Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland might be appearing together in the latest Spidey movie, Spider-Man: No Way Home (2022).

If you haven’t seen the film by now, shame on you, but you can’t be mad at me for the following spoilers…🤷‍♂️

As we know by now, all three actors DO satisfyingly appear in the movie together - and what a film it is! 🙌

Although they subtly recreated this meme in the film (much to the joy of some fans) they recently went one step further and recreated it properly in a studio.

The original meme only has two Spideys in it and is taken from a 1968 episode of the animated series called “Double Identity”. In it one of the web-slingers is indeed Peter Parker - our friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man, but the other is an imposter.

The meme with three Spider-Men surfaced some time in 2011.
