My mind got blown recently when I discovered that the guy who plays Fred Kleiser (who’s having second thoughts about marrying Debbie) in Groundhog Day (1993) is Michael Shannon, the same actor who played General Zod in Man of Steel (2016). 🤯
He’s a great actor who’s been in films such as Bad Boys II (2003), The Shape of Water (2017), The Iceman (2012) and Knives Out (2019).
I’ve seen Groundhog Day a thousand times and never realised it was him until recently.
I just thought I’d share my revelation! 🤷♂️
