Lethal Weapon 3 Opening Credits - “It’s Probably Me”

Last post tonight (I promise). 😬👍

Although the first Lethal Weapon is my favourite of the four movies, I do love Lethal Weapon 3 and watched it on repeat as a teenager.

This opening scene is one of the best opening credit scenes from any movie in my opinion. Partly due to the brilliant “fire on water” imagery but also for the excellent theme song “It’s Probably Me” by Sting, Eric Clapton and David Sanborn with an orchestral arrangement by the late great Michael Kamen.

This movie, especially the opening credits will always remind me of being about 13 years old, watching it in my room on VHS with a load of snacks after watching The New Adventures of Superman and The Brian Connelly Show on a Saturday night.

Good times! 😍
