I don’t want to start any arguments but I’m interested in what people think about the recent/current Johnny Depp and Amber Heard shenanigans.
In light of him losing his court case against The Sun newspaper, Depp has been asked by the studio to resign from his role in the Fantastic Beasts franchise and has apparently now been fired from the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. This has been met with fury by supporting fans who believe (rightly or wrongly) that he’s innocent of the accusations.
There’s also now a petition going around to have Amber Heard removed from her role in the upcoming sequel to DC’s Aquaman, and it’s already gained over a million signatures.
The case has been pretty high profile and if you’ve followed it you’ll know that there are faults on both sides. Either way I’m interested to hear what other people think about it.
