Currently Watching: The Dark Crystal (1982)

Currently sat with a cup of coffee watching The Dark Crystal (1982).

I haven’t seen this film for AGES but I used to watch it loads when I was younger.

It’s pretty horrendous for a kids film when you think about it!

I turned it on just as the Skeksis were draining the living essence from a poor helpless Podling! 😳😵

I tried to watch the Netflix series recently but struggled to get into it. I read last month that it’s been cancelled after one season. ☹️

It’s always great watching a film you haven’t seen for years. It almost feels like you’re watching it for the first time but with a cosy feeling of nostalgia. 😊
