Ok so I don’t want to upset anyone but I have to say this:
Cocktail is better than Top Gun.
I’m not trying to be controversial, I’ve just never got why people go on about Top Gun like it’s the best film ever!
It’s cheesy, it's over the top and in my opinion, overrated.
I’ll admit I’m probably extremely outnumbered on this but personally I think Cocktail is a much better film.
One thing they do have in common is they both have a great soundtrack.
